Made it with love

One of my favorite days in Rome was when we took an Italian cooking class for 4 hours with Chef Andrea Consoli and his wife in Trastevere. We learned to make a traditional 5-course meal which consisted of a seasonal menu of orzo soup, cavatelli pasta, meatballs, roasted rosemary potatoes, and apple poundcake. After 4 hours of blood, sweat, and tears, but mostly love – we sat down to eat our creation, and I must say we did pretty darn good.ImageImageImage1779346_10153820127175427_1295996395_n
